From the 1st call I felt very welcomed. The staff is very nice and attentive. Dr. Restifo was confident he could help me reach my goals. Once I got my qoute for the tummy tuck. Scheduling the surgery was easy. They knew when I wanted to get the surgery and reached out as soon as the schedule was open. The surgical facility in Trumbull was beautiful and the staff there was so nice. The aftercare instructions were great. Also nurse Jackie did my pre-op we went over everything and had a great plan in place. I had all my medications a week before my procedure. Post-op visits were scheduled in a timely manner I felt well cared for. When I had minor incision issue they took care of me and always listened to my concerns. If I sent an email, I always got a fast response. I have seen many pictures of others and I can’t believe how nice my belly button looks. I chose the doctor based on his skills in hiding the belly button incision. I feel great. I can’t imagine my results one year from now.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Restifo’a group from beginning to end. I had my very first consultation with him back in March to discuss the process. He was extremely helpful and didnt push me into making a decision I wasn’t necessarily ready for. At the time I was considering a tummy tuck and a brachioplasty. He was open and honest about both procedures. I ultimately made the decision to just move forward with the brachioplasty. They got me set up right away with the surgical date, explained the payment process (which Rachel was so kind to break everything down) and gave me a pre operative appointment with Nurse Jackie (who also was very kind and helpful). Everyone is so kind and so helpful. I really appreciate that, because not all places would be that way. Every appointment all the way through my surgery date were very detailed and thorough. The day of surgery at the Trumbull Surgical Center (which Dr. Restifo’s exclusively uses) once again all of the people were great, the facility was super clean and they all eased my nervousness that I was experiencing that day. After surgery was just a breeze from making all of my follow up appointments and everything else. I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Restifo and his team. I would use him once again for any other cosmetic procedures that I would ever consider down the road.
