I’m a 21 year old female and Dr. Restifo performed a breast reduction surgery. I’m about two weeks post-op now and I’m so so happy with the results! I went from a 32J to a 32 C/D. I had met with another doctor before finding Dr. Restifo’s office and that doctor had made me feel uncomfortable and was reluctant to answer my questions. Dr. Restifo, on the other hand, did the opposite; He made me feel reassured, comfortable, and answered all of my many questions. After meeting with him, I knew he would be the best doctor for me (he was the third and final doctor in my search). Throughout the whole process, every staff member and interaction was easy, quick, and informative. Reception office was always really helpful and available for a phone call. After all my pre-op appointments, I finally had my surgery about a month later. The surgery center where my procedure was done was the perfect environment. My surgery took about 2 and a half hours, and everything went great. I am so so happy with my results!!

I offer this backstory for those who are looking for implant removal. We know what a bad implant experience can be like. Mine comes with a happy ending. I’m 68, 5’ 2″ and average weight. My first set of silicone implants (1990) contracted and then ruptured. I had them replaced in 2009 with a set that contracted and calcified. Both of those surgeons were highly qualified and artistiscally skilled. It wasn’t them; my body simply rebels against implants. During the pandemic, I learned online about the number of people having “explants” due to breast implant illness, something I’d never heard of. I had no BII symptoms, just rock-hard balls as breasts. I had no idea so many people were having implants removed! I decided to join that ilk. I researched plastic surgeons in NY, CT, NJ and MA. Two years into my search (Oct. 2023) I found Dr. Restifo online along with helpful before-and-after photos and comments about his practice and outcomes. The photos and comments convinced me to include him on my list of four consultations. I generally get three, but this time I wanted a fourth because I was done with implants and would require a lift. This was my final solution and I didn’t want any mistakes in my choice of surgeon. Dr. Restifo was my second consultation. He calmly, kindly, and thoroughly answered my questions that had crystalized during my first consultation by referral within my health network (that was a no-go). Dr. Restifo was so confident in his vision for me and supportive about what I had been through over three decades of failed implants that I never pursued the last two consultations. I just liked him and his means of analysis. I made my decision that evening after talking to my husband. It was three months before I satisfied the pre-surgical requirements that allowed me to arrange a surgery date in January 2024. It’s now been seven months since my explant. Dr. Restifo should be on your list of consultants. He reconstructed my 68-year-old breasts into something BETTER than I ever had before implants. And I just love them — how they look, feel and move; how clothes drape; and how much closer my husband and I can hug. My husband absolutely prefers the new me. I stand taller and have no regrets whatsoever. None! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Restifo, his staff, and his surgical center. Give him a call.

Dr Restifo and his staff are INCREDIBLE!!!!! This was my 3rd augmentation (3rd time was the CHARM!!) not only did I have the augmentation but he had to do a revision / lift and my results are AMAZING!!!! If you are thinking about getting a procedure DO NOT HESITATE to choose Dr Restifo!!!!!
