Rachel guides patients through the initial steps of their surgical journey, welcoming them into a judgment-free space and focusing on patient education to ensure they feel fully seen and supported when considering procedures. She handles all surgical scheduling, regulatory compliance, and credentialing updates to ensure the highest standards of medical practice and patient privacy. Behind the scenes, she manages business analytics, content creation, and software system integrations. She also proudly supports an amazing self-managing team to ensure high employee retention and workplace wellbeing.
Jackie Naser
Registered Nurse
Jackie has a wide variety of patient duties, including incisional and drain care, medication renewals, and laboratory and pathology reports. She coordinates all aspects of preoperative and postoperative care, including medical clearance and follow-up. She serves as a liaison with any of your other healthcare providers whose input is valuable in your care. Her genuine compassion and gentle disposition provide an atmosphere of comfort to our patients. Jackie also performs non-invasive procedures such as laser hair removal.
Ashley Puccino
Office Manager, Certified Medical Assistant & Payment Coordinator
Ashley is the Office Manager, Payment Coordinator, and a certified Medical Assistant at Restifo Plastic Surgery, where she ensures the smooth operation of the office and provides exceptional support to both patients and staff. She expertly manages daily administrative tasks and handles all aspects of patient payments, including billing and payment plans.
With her clinical background as a Medical Assistant, Ashley bridges the gap between front-office management and patient care, supporting the clinical team when needed and enhancing the overall patient experience. Known for her organizational skills, professionalism, and compassionate approach, she plays a vital role in maintaining an efficient, welcoming environment at Restifo Plastic Surgery.
Taylor Guerrieri
Patient Care Coordinator
Taylor is one of the first faces you’ll see when you arrive at Restifo Plastic Surgery. From scheduling consultations, pre-ops, and follow-ups to fielding inquiries about specific procedures, she is here to make sure that you have the information you need for a positive patient experience. She’s also one of the first people you might encounter when calling our office.
Jennifer Decarvalho
Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator
Jennifer is also a welcoming presence for patients; supporting routine scheduling, including consultations and follow-up visits. She also helps field inquiries about specific procedures and aspires to ensure our patients feel well-supported throughout their surgical journey.
Allison Jelenik
CNOR, RNFA, NP
Allison is Dr. Restifo’s first assistant in the operating room and one of the first people you’ll meet with on the day of surgery. She assures that all equipment and supplies are ready for your procedure and assists Dr. Restifo throughout the procedure. Alli has been a surgical nurse for over 25 years and in 2013, became specialized as an RNFA in surgery with concentrations in both orthopedic and plastic surgery.
Sarah Pitt
PAC
Sarah works with Dr. Restifo in the operating room as a First Assist and situates patients the day of surgery, offering a warm welcome and reassuring presence. She received her BA form Connecticut College and a BS and MHS from Duke University Physician Assistant Program.  Sarah has worked in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery for over 30 years, mainly in New York City at NYU Langone Hospital as well numerous private offices. She’s also a mother of three sons and enjoys the outdoors including biking, paddle boarding, gardening and watching lacrosse games.
